I provide one-on-one therapy sessions for adults (18 years of age or over) in the province of Manitoba, Canada.

I offer a free 15 minute phone consult for us to determine if my services are a good fit for you.

Sessions are 60 minutes each.
​
Sessions can be held in person OR virtually - using a secure, confidential and user-friendly platform (ie: Microsoft Teams).
​
As a Registered Social Worker, my services are covered under most insurance plans. Please check with your insurance provider prior to booking your first session. I do not provide direct billing.

Cost per session - $120.00 (incl. GST).
ABOUT Crystal
Like many of us, my informal education about mental health began in my family of origin. These early experiences fuel my curiosity about human behaviour, motivation, personality, resilience and growth. I took a long and winding path to earn my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Manitoba. I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Manitoba College of Social Workers (MCSW).

Therapy is as much about learning as it is about un-learning. I'm passionate about supporting people to identify, challenge and replace negative core beliefs (i.e.: "I'm not good enough", "I can't trust people", "I'm a failure") with adaptive, affirming beliefs. With compassion, skill, and a healthy dose of humour, I invite the people I work with to get curious about the parts of themselves that feel stuck, lost or broken. By befriending these parts, the never-ending list of "shoulds", judgements, and fears can begin to soften, and space for more authenticity, meaning, and connection opens up.

I enjoy working with people that have insight into their struggles and are motivated to balance the pesky tension between acceptance and change. It's honestly very cool to witness people let go of what they don't need to carry anymore and make room for more joy, creativity, ease, and inner peace.

60 minute sessions = $140.00
90 minute sessions = $210.00

Payment is due within 2 days of the session and is accepted by e-transfer, credit card, cash or cheque.
